Zen Leaf - Lombard

First time here at this location. Excited to be here as there is no dispensaries in Texas. A true recent struggle as I was a med patient in Arizona. Love the energy as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t sure which cashier to go to because everyone was eager to help us with a smile. Wish I remembered the name of our budtender but he the best! Well educated in the products and offered honest recommendations for us. I always appreciate true transparency with a purchase. He threw in an extra pre roll which was a nice surprise! Great group of people working here..definitely will be back!

Of all the places I've gone too this has to be my Number 1 dispensary! There are always discounts on certain brands, strains, etc. As a Veteran of the Military I get a nice discount. Also their Rewards program is the best in Illinois! I highly recommend this place or the Naperville location!

Verano is a ripoff with their half full, short fused cartridges - stay away, also prerolls malfunctioned--

I did an online order and when I got to the store realized I was a couple bucks short so I couldn't get both items I had put an online order in for. I expressed this to the woman that helped me and said I'll probably have to leave the flower behind since I’m a couple bucks short ($3 to be exact). She didn't try to help me find another strain or recommend another item that I could get instead. She didn’t really talk to me at all or anything. She just let me walk out with one thing and I felt like she didn't really care. I've had people talk to me, ask me what I was looking for and I didn't get any of that at this visit. I would say maybe it was a long day but she was expressive with another customer next to us that she wasn’t even assisting. I left feeling really disappointed and will probably try to skip this place in the future especially with so many other dispensaries with staff willing to help you out.
