I will recommend this place to anyone! The process was simple and easy and whenever I had a question they answered it for me right away and it didn’t take days or even hours to hear back from them! Super nice and thorough. Would definitely use them again!

It was an easy and comfortable experience I was honest about my conditions which were mild anxiety and severe back pain. Sleep issues as a symptom from both. I was nervous but the Dr. was friendly and professional enough to recognize this and he put me at ease. He didn’t make me over explain. I came to this site on the recommendation of a friend who has anxiety worse than myself and she said it was simple if you truly need it, and worth while. I would say the same to anyone else interested in obtaining their medical card.

This was my first time ever doing this and my whole experience was amazing! The doctor was so caring and genuinely listened to my concerns he didn't rush me either! I'm extremely happy with my experience and so happy to move forward

It was very fast and easy once the appointment started but it did start a bit late, that’s my only complaint. Overall not bad though and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice/helpful.

I didn’t know how easy it could actually be. I have spinal stenosis and have been dealing with pain since middle school. I’ve been taking pain pills and muscle relaxers for almost 15 years now. I didn’t have problems filling out paperwork, but the user interface can look intimidating.

I just cannot say enough about what a fantastic company Elevate Holistics is! I went to their site and booked an appointment for the next day at 2:00. Then I went to the link they sent me to complete the information they needed for my appointment. A few minutes before 2 o’clock the next day, I clicked on the link I was given to do my video appointment (on my iPhone, by the way). At exactly 2 o’clock, doctor Miller did a video appointment with me. He was very professional and asked appropriate questions of me. The entire appointment took about 7 or 8 minutes. Then he told me I was approved, based on my medical history. A few minutes later, I received a text from Jenny, explaining in very simple terms what I needed to do next. I was provided a link to complete the information that was needed to send to the State. I had a few questions and texted them about what I needed to know. Nicole and Aspen we’re both so helpful through the entire process. They both got back to me right away and explained what I needed to know. They are the most customer friendly company you can imagine. They really did make the process very simple. The State has my application now and I am just waiting for them to send me my medical marijuana certificate. Thank you so much, Jenny, Nicole, Aspen and Dr. Miller for all your help and I will definitely recommend you to my friends!

This is my 2nd year using Elevate Holistics. From start to finish my experiences with them has always been great. I have referred so many new patients to them as I was extremely happy with their services. They are fast, friendly, and professional. I shopped around and found that they were a lot more reasonable, offered low income, discounts, and was fast in the time It took see the drs for my appt to the turnaround time for my prescription. Without question Elevate Holistics will always be my number one choice.

These guys were super easy to work with! I made an appointment and they got me in same day at a convenient time that worked for me. The doctor that I worked with was super helpful as well. I could not have asked for a better experience, you will not regret choosing them.

I was able to renew my expired card without any problems. The Dr. visit was smooth and short. Equate did a great job.

Very quick and easy, no hassle

Not sure, as of yet. Phone call & Dr. visit went smooth and well, but had a nightmare trying to get my required photo right (finally got it handled)… All was approved and now I’m waiting on my License to show up, but have no idea exactly when it will show up or how long it will take.
