This is a super easy process. Nothing complicated was explained throughly.

It was easy to renew my card. So convenient. Everyone was so polite.

I used VMC to get certified for medical cannabis. They were friendly, thorough and helpful. They cost a little more than some providers, but the speed and simplicity of the process was worth a little extra. I received my certification the same day, and the extra service I paid for ($20) took care of my application to the state for the actual card, which will allow me to purchase medical marijuana in reciprocal states. Overall, a very positive experience.

Disappointed I was disappointed by my Virginia Marijuana Card experience. My situation is unique and I had hoped that the interview would help me navigate the process safely. I was honest with the interviewer and told her that I am a physician. My concern was that the Virginia Board of Medicine could access my application. The interviewer assured me that, barring a subpoena, they would not know of my card. Once I received your follow up email I attempted to register with the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a new applicant. Each time I was rejected with an error message. It was then that I realized that the portal was the same as the one I use for my medical license. The error message occurred because I already had an ID and password for the Virginia Department of Medicine. I can’t be the first practicing physician applying for a Marijuana license. I think the interviewers should be aware that Virginia physicians are already registered and setting up a new account for Marijuana use is impossible.

Zero customer service. There is no way to contact anyone. No on line chat. If you have questions about inaccuracies on your license, you can forget it! This will be discovered once you have submitted money to state for license. So total loss at this place was $225. Plus $50 to state.

There was a little confusion on the prescription vs. the actual card, but I can see an improvement in the process since I received my cannabis license last summer. Everyone I have dealt with has been a pleasant and painless experience. Thank you for believing in medical cannabis!

Just had evaluation interview a couple of days ago. Very efficient registration process. Expected much longer wait to get the appointment. NP I talked to asked good questions and gave me great information. All staff are excellent. I really appreciated their service.

The help line for appointments is very understaffed, but helpful if you can eventually get through to a real person. The medical professional who interviewed the person for whom I'm caregiver was excellent, caring, and patient with his impaired speech and movements We applied to renewed our license in advance of the expiration, of course! But after all of the forms, payment and issues with the site saving our documentation, and another successful interview/online appointment where we were told it was all approved, I received an email today that said the current license had not yet expired and we needed to re-apply when it had expired!!

This was such a great experience! I booked online on Wednesday for the following Monday. On Friday they called (which I didnt answer because unknown #) so they texted me to say it was delayed 1 hour. I thanked them and asked if they had any cancellations for that day. They checked, had one opening for early evening so I snagged it. The texter on the other end was human, matched my energy and appreciation and genuinely a nice person. I had my appt that night and the nurse was great as well! My best friend had recently had an appt elsewhere at a well known business. It took 2 weeks to get an appt and when she finally did they stood her up! They never acknowledged it or offered to rebook her ASAP. Not only is VMC great compared to that, they were some of the best service I've ever had! Definitely recommend!!

The medical examiner was great. Straight forward and very professional. I was approved in October but it's now March and I have not received my medical card or any email updates. I can check online and see that the status is active and current but can't actually use the card because it hasn't been mailed or emailed. Feels like I was a ripped-off. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste the money for the medical marijuana card.

My experience in interviewing for certification was excellent. Efficient , lots of info and staff person was concerned and talked in depth about my issues which I appreciated.

I have only had my video appointment, but the paperwork that I reviewed afterward seemed to indicate I was only getting cbd oil. I’m frustrated by this possibility because I spent a LOT of money applying for medical marijuana usage and cbd oil is completely legal and does not do anything beyond act like a sleeping pill; it does nothing to ease pain, resolve anxiety or depression. I’m deeply concerned about this!

Very smooth process. Spoke with my Provider via video call and talked about my specific situation. After about 10 minutes our appointment was completed and I was emailed my Certification of approval for Medical Marijuana in the State of Virginia.

Interview was smooth and efficient but the registration process after approval was really bad. I still have not been able to register or pay my $50 fee. Also, it is impossible to get through to someone. I think they sent me the wrong link to register because it thinks I am a health professional. I am currently on hold with them and they are saying it is a 40 minute wait!

My physician was great. I was having issues hearing her from my end, but that didn’t interrupt us at all. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and overall just a great experience.

Great experience. Exam was quick and to the point. I received my approval within a few hours from the Nurse Practitioner my exam was with. I have applied with the state and should receive my card within a couple months. So far so good.

The process went smoothly. My original appointment was for 2 weeks and they contacted me saying that they had an availability the next day so I took it. The Nurse Practitioner was on exactly at the time of my appointment and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once she stated that she is sending in my recommendation letter she stated that I will get an email to forward my signed form and license photo to an email address. I'm waiting on my signed certificate/ card now. They said it will be within 30 days so I certainly hope so. I could use some pain relief and help sleeping again at night.
