The DR video interview went smooth BUT the documentation I was email was confusing and the link that I was provided was incorrect, it was for a professional care provider NOT for and individual Marijuana card. After wasting $50. on the first attempt I finally called the Pharmacy Licensing agency and paying an additional $50.00 I was in- line to receive my card. All in all a very time consuming, costly and very frustrating experience. I suggest You save your money and wait until it's sold to all adults.

My experience when speaking with the NP had asked me about my reason to apply for medical marijuana. She was patient while I explained my current physical problems. I explained I have tried all avenues for wellness. PT, pain management and chronic use of hydrocodone. I am also starting PT for my neck pain. She agreed that utilizing medical marijuana would be helpful to get off using pain medicine. Thank you for your assistance.

Outstanding service!! They answer any and all my questions I had. They walk me through to process, which made it very uncomfortable. They also provide me a great deal of information about where to go and who to ask after process.

The people are very easy to deal with, very accommodating, very responsive. But there are glitches in the online process. I set the appointment, paid the fee and completed the intake form. Subsequently I received messages telling me that I had not completed the intake form and not paid the fee. I was required to fill out a new intake form, because the form changed for 2022. I had to prove that I'd paid the fee. I had to send driver's licenses multiple times. I will say this, Virginia Medical Marijuana Card site is better than Virginia Department of Health Professionals, which is a gludgy mess.

The process was so simple and very thorough. I was informed every day about my appointment and everything was right on time. The staff was always prepared for all my questions and they were very knowledgeable about everything too. I feel like this is going to be very helpful for me and I look forward to getting started.

I had a great renewal appointment. The clinicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and non-judgemental. My only suggestion would be an updated appointment scheduling mechanism in the EHR platform. My appointment last year for my initial card was rescheduled 4 times. This year my appointment was confirmed for a certain time, then the day of the session my apt time was moved and I was not alerted until a few minutes before my initially scheduled time. There is room for improvement but a great service overall!

My online meeting went very well. It was on time and very professional. The lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The instructions that I received to apply to the state were extremely helpful. I completed and submitted all documents quickly and easily in just a few minutes and I am now waiting on my card. Thank you for your help!

This was all new to me. I abandoned opioid treatment due to the severe side affects. Due to chronic back pain, I’m going to try cannabis to aid with pain management and problems sleeping. The process was pleasant, the Nurse Practitioner caring and overall a very good experience.

I had my appointment yesterday & was extremely uncomfortable with the way I was spoken too. Not only was I denied but was told medical marijuana, (which I am extremely educated in & have been medicating with for years) would possible induce mania putting me at risk of suicide. The whole appointment was ridiculous to say the least. The nurse practitioner was not in the least bit educated enough to be in the medical marijuana field. Waiting for my refund.

I was seen by the VA MJ card "provider" on Dec 20, 2021-told I was approved and when I attempted to ask a question, was told that all other questions would be soon answered in an email to follow. Guess what-it's now Feb 2, 2022 and I still have not received an email with instuctions about signing into VA Bd of medicine and other necessary info

I had a telemedicine video call with this company. The entire process from start to finish was well organized and very professional. They send emails and texts with clear instructions leading up to your appointment. My conversation with the medical professional was thorough and helpful. I was very impressed with this service and their level of care.

The NP was friendly and very professional. She explained things clearly and in a friendly way. She provided all the appropriate warnings but also encouragements as well. Overall an excellent experience

I appreciated the physician's knowledge of my conditions and her information about the use of cannabis. She was friendly and professional. The only thing I did not like was the wait time. My appointment was at 2:20. I waited until 2:45.

I submitted all the requisite documentation and payments 6 weeks ago. I have received no confirmation the documents were received and my application is indeed progressing. The application and payment process went smoothly, but I am concerned that I have had no contact or response.

I did not get to visit yet, however my initial call to get registered was friendly no long phone wait time, the NP was very understanding and professional just waiting to get card so I can alleviate this pain…

I have done everything that I have been asked to do and paid all the money they have asked which was not easy to do but I am still waiting for approval or denial, and it has been over a month. This does not make since at all. Take the money right away give the product right away also.

The entire online interview lasted less than five minutes. I was asked if I was allergic to cannabis or any other medications and if I did, in fact, have two kidney transplants. I was told to get edibles with a low THC to CBD ratio to start out and to check out DC and Maryland dispensaries as they have better selections than Virginia currently and also that inhaling hot gasses, as in smoking, is bad for anyone but especially sick older patients.
