Definitely one of my favorite new strains for this year. It's tasty (close to girl scout cookies in my opinion) with a delicious earthy flavor. Very helpful with pain and head aches.

I had this strain in a cartridge from white label. It is pretty intense with it's terpene profile and is a very intense high. Eyes are heavy and a nice "cozy" feeling to top it off.

I am an OG fanatic and this is one of my go to strains. I have had a lot of surgery, organ removal, nephrostomy tubes, etc. The most notable effect is the pain relief. It is almost instant. 
It is also very useful for sleep and depression. 
Also the euphoria is pretty hard hitting, overall a wonderful strain.
I'd recommend for nausea, pain, PTSD, and stress.
