I have come to this dispensary because it's close to my house when I place an order for a 5 for $30 twice my order has been wrong I have asked how to order it on Leafly off Leafly they always get it wrong this time I place my order for indica's and because my order wasn't processed correctly I ended up with four sativas and one indica I'm tired of not getting my order right with this dispensary I would like someone to communicate with me about this order process I'm really thinking of not returning took any cura relief whatsoever

I feel like med pre orders should ALWAYS BE FIRST

I placed a preorder for 2 prerolls and one 1/8 so I checked in and Amy got out of the rec line to help me while I was at the pre-order lane nobody stepped over to acknowledge me as a customer so Amy came to help so only got changed for the 1/8 so I didn't realize till I returned home I was missing one pre-roll so I tried calling no answer so I went back to the dispensary and was not greeted and I approached Adriana to help me she stopped for 1 second to see wat my return was for but then literally walked away while I was still speaking so she went to get tony he helped me understand I was only charged for the eighth but that didn't matter to me my order wasn't right so I didn't care if I had to pay for my 2 prerolls I asked for a preroll for the inconvenience but tony said no but he knew how to fix it he did good by taking off the fee for having to run my card again I live 5 min from harvest Alhambra so it's convenient I hope Adriana is taught the value of customer service and is aware as I am from working for Home Depot for 21 years that customers pay my paycheck the only reason I will return to Harvest Alhambra is because of Amy granted she processed my order wrong but was so apologetic and in our original sale made a great customer emotional connection which we strive to do at Home Depot because it creates loyalty so thank you Amy you are a valuable associate keep up the greaaat service I would like a return call from a manager about Adriana thank you for your time Sincerely Della Negrete

I had this girl named Valerie helping me and she is a terrible help she is rude and disrespect ful she should be in the back of the store where there's no customers

this place is a joke Nature's medicine on McDowell Road I'm literally standing out here well there's no social distancing the greeter is not even standing near the patients to welcome them or to organize social distancing also the medical line and the recreational line they always take them first before the pre-orders so if I were you I would definitely not come here and I'm talking to the managers here are the managers are exactly alike they do not care about their customers they all they care about is getting a paycheck the people here are too young they do not care and they are not professional I go to Urban Urban Greenhouse is professional this place is really bad it's a nightmare it's it might as well be a garage don't come here to this place
