For me, personally, with my issues: (1-5 rating system where 1 is OMGWTFBBQSAUCE and 5 is stuff I'll never touch again as long as I live) Nausea Relief: 4 Eye Itch: 5 Anxiety Relief: 4 Perkiness: 5 Asleepiness: 2 I just feel numb with itchy eyes and racing heartbeat and thoughts.
