This dispensary has failed me on multiple times and I’m officially never going back. Checking in is totally unorganized. After 20 mins of waiting and seeing everyone go ahead, I asked if I got lost and that’s exactly it. They asked for my ID again to start all over on a Friday. On top of that the quality of weed is so inconsistent.
Not very friendly when I asked about different flower and when I tried to change my mind while I was in the store and just handed him money and was told all sales are final. Not a great first time experience.
They have a few select strains that are decent with fair pricing, but also have strains on tiers that don’t belong so choose wisely.
The staff need to be better about describing products. I had a guy that was stoned face the whole time. I felt like getting back in line to get someone that wanted to be there. I’m spending a hundred plus consistently but the customer service is not there consistently.
The flower was a little dry and not as potent in flavor or high as you would expect for the pricing of the flower.
The bud tender taking the order was excellent and put in effort. There was a long wait after making the order to receive and pay for it. It did feel like a lot of us were waiting for a while.
They have decent first time patient deals but I don’t know if I can go back for that quality of flower and pricing.
