The first time I shopped there, I got good quality flowers. Was excited to come there the second time around, but out of 4 selections I picked on the menu 3 were not available. It is not a short drive for me, and their atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired (I understand it is not the dispensary's fault, it is just an area specific thing). Anyway, not only their leafly's menu was outdated, their internal TV menu also listed plenty of things which they did not have. When I found out that my choices were N/A, I picked other 2 strains and guess what? Surprise! They were also out of it. How difficult is to text a person who updates the menu and say 'hey, Bob, we are out of XX strain, please update.' I do not believe it is a very complicated thing to do, honestly. I am thinking maybe they do it on purpose so people come there to get a specific thing, and then after a long wait settle on something else anyway. That what happened to me - instead of leaving I settled on something else, and the quality was not good at all. I want at least one place which is good at all times. I do not want ups and downs - I lose interest pretty fast.
Anyway, some of the things can be fixed and the most important one -- please keep your menu updated! I got bad quality flowers during my 2nd visit, but it is partially my fault. I saw how they looked, and I realized some of them were unknown strains, but since I was riding on a hype from my 1st visit, I let my guard down. Guys, if you sell some 'God knows where you got this stuff from', at least price it accordingly.
Positive things: multiple screen monitors with a menu, many people working, friendly sober (!) people, big selection.
Negatives: outdated menu, hit & miss quality (well, as everywhere else in AZ!), industrial location, shady characters outside and sometimes inside too.
