Granted, I am not a patient person but when I am holding my wallet and I can hear the "budtender" talking about the Cold War for 20 minutes in the secret room with the buds, while I am sitting in the waiting room holding my wallet trying to get a quick gram, it is annoying. Probably, the meds are great, like they are at many places where I do not wait.

I don't know, they kind of take themselves too seriously and the pricing is a little difficult to understand especially if you are medicated, which should be a consideration. Glass jars for a gram are probably a waste of everybody's money though. Nice look, however but I'd rather pay less. Speaking of which, a little pricey compared to the same flower down the street and also sold me shatter when I clearly is not for me as a medication when I explained that I vaporized flower to avoid irritating my throat, it should not have been suggested to me that I buy the wax or shatter or whatever they called it for $30. They didn't really explain to me how I should consume it and I couldn't really use it in my Volcano so that was kind of a bum sale. Otherwise, good meds, thanks for being out there and braving the feds and stuff. Good meds just a few gripes like the ones above. I feel if you are donating $12 a gram, you are allowed to gripe.

I cannot comment on the service meds or atmosphere. I assume they are about the same as other dispensaries in Eugene. The problem with this dispensary, unlike other dispensaries in the area, is that it was closed during business hours when it said it was supposed to be open so the thing about running a business is that people expect you to be open during business hours and gas costs money.

it's nice they are open a couple of hours later but it is annoying to sit in the waiting room for half an hour while somebody asks a million questions in the bud room that you can overhear because there in no sound-proofing in the walls anyway. It is also annoying to donate $2 more per gram than other comparable shops.

Very friendly staff told me about free gram for first visit. Staff took time to tell me about strains and different products. Blackberry cheesecake recommendation was awesome. Green crack was awesome.
