This place rocks! From the security guard who opened the door for me to the nice guy behind the desk and the super helpful bud tender I had. This dispensary was unbelievably clean and neat, I was actually the only one there at the time surprising for mid day in the city! The on site parking was super convenient and made the drive here completely worth it! All of the flower I purchased was super fresh and definitely some of the best in Massachusetts! Everyone should check this place out I’ll be back soon!

Great dispensary to visit as a medical patient, the separate line was really convenient and fast, the service I received was also great! I’ll definitely be coming back here the flower and service was worth the 45 minute drive

Great dispensary! Probably my favorite one I’ve been to as a medical patient! Very nice and super professional at all times. Honestly the best flower I’ve had and it’s so fresh and potent! I will be making this one of my regularly visited dispensaries and I’ll definitely tell my friends! Thank you for making my first visit comfortable and enjoyable!

Medical review; As a medical patient in Massachusetts I have been to several medical dispensaries as well as combined med/rec dispensaries, Northeast Alternatives was probably the most unorganized and unprofessional towards medical patients. You have to wait in a separate line outside while all the rec customers get in and out of the tent setups in about 5 minutes. Once they finally let you into the building you’re guided to the back area which is basically a repurposed closet ( forget about social distancing inside. ) I will say the only thing this place had going for it was the bud tender I had, I believe her name was Hannah, she was very professional and helped me out with everything and made sure my order was perfect! Thanks to her and the decent bud I don’t completely hate this place, please prioritize medical patients like 98% of other dispensaries do around here, this was a very very busy place and it seems it’s directed towards making as much money from their huge recreational crowd not medical patients who have a doctor recommendation to come buy medicine. I may or may not return

First time stopping by and right off the bat great customer service! I was greeted right away and the whole process was smooth even as a first time patient here! Good selection of flower although I hope to see more sativa, sativa/ dom strains. Everyone was friendly and helpful, in and out in 5 minutes to pick up my order !!
