if you are not going to be able to accept medical cards because of a system issue then you should not allow medical orders to be placed online without informing your customer it's a waste of time and gas driving to your location to only be told you want to charge me $15 more for the same product when I'm not recreational or consider running a discount for medical patients that would make pricing comparable to what they would normally pay because of this issue instead of alienating them from their medicine based upon time restraints

I feel bad for the tenders. 4 minutes was as long as the presidential was on list this morning? Why can potent planet create just as quality and be in multiple stores and you limit and can't be able to produce what customers want.......you have strains with no limit set that will sit days......don't grow those and grow more of the stuff that is in demand. It's a clear issue for months and I tried to be Tru to Tru but they lost me. Hope the tenders don't have to take to much crap for something they don't control cause customer service has always been spot on, especially Will.

simply put I would reccomend you go elsewhere. non professional. Will be reporting them to the registry.

I find this to be one of my favorite dispensaries for multiple reasons open atmosphere deli style doesn't make me feel like a prisoner their products and staff members are bar none I had a minor product issue that was resolved quite easily with great rapport and professionalism I highly recommend emerald to the non recreational user.
