I haven’t had one bad experience here I’ve had like 4-5 and have shopped here plenty due to lack of transportation and it being a 5 min walk from my house. My girlfriend has shopped here 1x and had worst shopping experience of her life. By far the worst & rudest employees & customer service in the cannabis that I’ve experienced and I’ve shopped in California, Las Vegas, Michigan, & Colorado and my experience at new age care is unlike any shopping experience ever. I had to begin to record opening my products because I would get empty jars, stepped on(literally stepped on) flower. The jars I buy are black from Ruth’s and you can’t see in them. The managers and customer service are so rude when you try to file a claim, they don’t respond, and have you emailing the company themselves which is not the proper way to deal with faulty product at least in IL. The point system is worse than any dispensary in IL along with their terribly rude employees you’ll be left either basically robbed of your product, insulted, or just not professional dealt with or sold product based on expiration date coming up to medical patients vs giving them the medicine they need they would wrather get the product off to their customers even when it’s almost expired.
