Pick up order prices are never honored when you get here and I’ve been hearing for months now that the points system is down. Just go somewhere, anywhere else and I’m sure you’ll be less frustrated. Shame because this place was decent not too long ago.

They never answer their phone. Impossible to get a mobile order in.

Placed an order at 5pm, got there closer to 8pm. They canceled my order and nobody informed me. Only when I was walking out of the building did I get a txt message saying it was canceled. They were simply unapologetic about the whole situation and I doubt I’ll be back soon. Hope you aren’t either.

Brandon was super helpful and kind. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

I know when I went last night and saw the deals for today what I was expecting to pay. The price jumped and I wish I had taken a picture to prove it. When asked to see the advertisement from last night, I was shown an updated version of the deals. Probably not gunns be back for a while.
