I’ve been a patient here for like 7mos now. For the most part the workers at the worth location are pretty cool & knowledgeable except this 1 male budtender. Now my visit before 420 this moron didn’t give me any of my specials. I don’t argue about cost it was like $20 total in I should have gotten in savings I just didn’t want to seem idk like a jerk they were busy. 4/19 I called and specifically asked are you taking online orders tomorrow? Reply NO, it’s 420. Ok I thought that’s fair.... well sure enough they were taking online orders on 420....Today, I placed an online order waited for the “your order has been fulfilled” text and jumped in my car. My phone goes on DND when driving for texts... I get to the dispensary 55 min later and they say they’re out of my order. Huh? How? Oh well the manager sent you a text letting you know that? When? Before you sent the text that my order was fulfilled? No, 10 min after I left. I ordered an 8th of a gold leaf product and 2g’s of 2 other gold leave products. I was sold some bullshit, that was not gold leaf, was told I couldn’t look or handle the packaging because it wasn’t paid for. I walked out of there w 2 bullshit g’s of some off brand of the strain I ordered (not realizing it wasn’t gold leaf because I could look at the packaging). Now I see why, so you can sell me something other than what I ordered! 2 thumbs down! I switched dispensaries immediately! I didn’t care that I didn’t have the meds I needed to get me thru! I’ll never recommend a place so careless of customer service, a patients time, pain & medication. Selling me some BS other then what I ordered! And you can’t even go back on their site to see your original order because it wasn’t ultimately fulfilled. You see what they sold ya! Smh take care and best if wishes!
