Very good strain has a great smell and buds are frosty and heavy full of rosin. It helps me to wind down and go to sleep. I don’t have bad insomnia but I do have anxiety and sometimes it can be hard to sleep. But not with this bud. It’s perfect for an evening to unwind and get into bed. Has a great flavor like most typical indica dominant plants.
