First time patient at this facility & MY review is not intended to defame, demean or discredit anyone who is employed there or their affiliates..this unbiased review is based on my own experience. I appreciate the fact you can order online and pick up..the location is convenient too. My only issue is the fact when you pick up ur order you dont know what is in your bag. First, when I got my confrimation email it did not state a change in my order or any updates..it was ready to pick up. I ordered 2 grams of a particular flower and was only givin 1 without notification/explanation, by I was not charged for it. Secondly, I ordered 1/8th of 2 different particular strands tht was on the expense side; which was fine cause thts wht I prefer & need to treat my health conditions... I opened my containers and it was Nothin but " shake"!!!😣. I am TOTALLY DISPLEASED AND PISSED! I WAS NOT GIVEN AN OPTION OR NOTIFIED. Cuz if I was I would have refused and got something else. I hv been a patient since 2013 with serious heath issues. So I spend 4 quality not quantity..also it didn't weigh up to a full 1/8th either..WTH? So I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
