First, I cannot say enough about this place; hands down, my FAVORITE dispensary! I frequented their Chandler location (which I also love), definitely driving out of my way for great product, and am so beyond grateful to have a Territory location so close to home now! I am also relieved to see they didn’t rush their grand opening, like so many others, and are really making sure they have everything in order. Smart and great move! It’s about time a company took things serious and put their customers/patients first! Also, definitely one of few places that I can say has made purchasing a great and fun experience, by hiring some pretty phenomenal staff members! Some dispensaries and their staff can really make purchasing an uncomfortable experience, with very dry and unfriendly attitudes; I am so grateful I don’t have to experience that here. I walk in feeling absolutely comfortable and at ease knowing my questions will be answered with a smile and a willingness to help educate me on what I don’t know. 🥰 Their staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly; always upbeat and can seriously help turn your day around with how welcoming they are. I love the range of product they carry, along with the brands, and definitely love that they can show what their strains are testing at, which several dispensaries out this way do not do. For myself, if a dispensary can’t tell you what their own products are testing at, that’s pretty sketch and really made me wonder if I was getting my money’s worth. Really, what it boils down to is, you get what you pay for, like anything else in life, and I definitely learned this the hard way with several East Valley dispensaries. Seriously, you call cheap grams testing in the low teens, at other dispensaries, a deal? Hell no! You can keep your cheap bud; I want that long lasting, high grade quality that Territory carries. Their prices for quality are absolutely reasonable and worth it, not to mention they have awesome deals throughout the week! Simply put, I’m a Territory fan for life and am so happy to see them grow!

Best place I've ever been. Professional, friendly and well educated staff. Anyone is great to help but, if you ever come in and see Mike, go to him; he's one of the best, and you'll see why :-)
