Came in to get my Abundant Organics flower after creating an online order. I decided to go inside to look at some additional strains from Abundant, instead of taking the two half ounces I had ordered online. My bud tender was Rai - what great service she offered me! So sweet and patient, I truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise with what I wanted. Sure makes sense she has excellent skills and knowledge, she's been working at that very location for the past 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!! Keeping my fingers crossed she works there every time I go in from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those are the managerial workers I like to see in dispensaries out on the floor!

Wish the deli prices were not capped at 1/8th quantity on BOGOS as of October 1st! Very slimy corporate greed, Pondy. Greasy move, tact less to charge extra for pure profit. Uninspired.... To say the least, and loyal customers will be looking elsewhere. Smoke that in your pipe, Pondy corporate.

Third day in a row - no gram cartridges of your own brand. Unacceptable - bad business. Your company should NEVER run out of your own distillate cartridges for three days in a row! No excuse!

Yes, this is a high dollar price for an ounce...., however, tier level rating/pricing of Phx D.'s Private Reserve truly lives up to the definition of absolute top level quality in flower. Bring a magnifier, if you really want to enjoy what Private Reserve physically looks like. Compare their PR to any other tier, all your questions will be answered. 10 of 10 for flavor, strength, and long lasting. 4-5hrs.
