The Herbal Connection
I have been coming to this shop for many years. Every week I drop at least $100. I have to say the quality of products as well as the atmosphere have diminished greatly! I use leafly.com to place my pick up orders due to being a single parent and not being able to come inside the store. I can't tell you exactly but over the last few months I've had product number discrepancies as well as lack of any information in general provided on leafly. I've noticed this mostly with extracts not having terp or thc/cbd information which leads to having to call the shop and disrupt the flow of sales. It's really frustrating when ypu have to call because of lack of information and then get told that "all that information is on our leafly" when it's not.. why else would I be calling?
