As a first-time patient I found their customer service to be second to none. They didn't assume I knew anything about the industry, and provided easy to understand answers to all my questions. They didn't seem condescending at all, and were incredibly patient with me. Their products are amazing, both in selection and quality. I purchased a few flowers and concentrates and everything was incredible.
