Does not honor promotions as advertised

BEWARE: this establishment does bait-and-switch promotional tactics to get you to come in! Purchased (2) Blueberry Kush Baby Jeeters with the BOGO offer only to find out once I arrived that there were exclusions to the promotion; nothing was noted either online or in the in-store ads promoting the offer and what makes it worse is the employees just chose what strain to give me instead of calling me to inform me of the exclusions and/or restrictions to my order. I won’t be going back and I encourage you not to either!

BEWARE this dispensary at ALL cost! Placed an order for a promotion being advertised on their own website for Medical Patient First Time Discounts - Buy One Get One and the employee wouldn’t honor it even though I showed them the promotion online. Asked for the manager, Carla, and she was extremely dismissive and disingenuous. Was told that because I visited the dispensary on a day where they had a BOGO for recreational customers that I forfeited my Medical Patient Promotion. When I told them that wasn’t right, another employee started getting hostile and aggressive with me, telling me to, “take my negativity elsewhere!” Will not be returning back to this establishment as their customer service is complete trash.

Overall, it’s a good dispensary. Nice selection. Nice locations. Nice.

The flower is good, although you'll have to keep an eye on the employees because on two separate visits they have tried to overcharge me. As for the atmosphere of this establishment it is far from welcoming, the moment you walk in you get greeted by an insincere Chud playing soldier in combat gear...seriously, this isn't necessary and it makes your store look ridiculous AF!

Came in to purchase some medical Sweet Relief OG and became sticker shocked when I heard my total. For the same flower, from the same grower, for the same product the Scapppoose Sweet Relief charged nearly 2x per gram more than their St. Helens store just down the street. Save yourself the money and buy more flower, go to the St. Helens location.

You'll get Big Bhang for your buck when visiting these buds!
