Herbal Wellness North has continued to be a positive experience from smiles, good deals, and warm greetings.

I bought Tumblers for the first time because of the discount, and had been wanting to try. Upon opening my package, and viewing the 3 pre rolls, I noticed one was significantly shorter then the other 2. I understand it's the manufacturer.... My bud specialist was fantastic! I really appreciated her service which added to overall great experience from beginning with the check-in.

Upon arrival, I was the only person in line waiting outside. I was greeted warmly, but with a half worn mask. Nose was showing and I could see his upper lip. Behind me rode up on a bike, nice expensive pedal bike, was a man not wearing a mask. Parked and chained his bike to the pole of the security tent in front of the door. He then walked up to the door waited for the same person to welcome him. The patient pulled out his physical card to show. At this point the employee had not addressed the none compliance. Employee went back inside. The patient then pulled out a face covering and walked over towards me. I don't know him, and he was within 4ft of me, which I then quickly walked away. At the same time another patient had walked up and also came up to me. Whom I didn't know and wanted to talk standing right next to me. I avoided him too. Overall I appreciate your Sol's efforts, but I think there is still more room for improvement. I will be sure to be more vocal in the future and be willing to speak up then in the now to address an issue I may see in the hopes of improving our community. Being proactive in communication and also demonstrating compliance is important and essential to the well being of the community. I too will be more proactive as an individual member of my community and reach out with love when I feel an issue arises.
