A complete 180 from actually going into back the first visit.... very disappointing.... online ordering with blackbird or whatever it is was easy and intuitive, found product fast and placed order. walked in, showed Id at pickup window, the gentleman left and returned less than a minute passing and double checked order was correct and we complete transaction. It went so fast I felt like I needed to stay and talk so we chit chatted for a couple minutes which was actually longer than it took the pick up process. very impressed already recommended online ordering and pick up to friends
