Starting January 1st, 2018, The Tree House Collective will be going recreational and medical! We are excited to be accepting medical patients age 18+ with a valid California Doctors recommendation along with their government issued I.D. as for recreational sales we will only require a valid government issued I.D. for ages 21+.
 
Effective January 1, 2018, a 15 percent excise tax and a local tax is imposed upon retail purchasers of all cannabis and cannabis products, including medicinal cannabis. As a retailer, we are required to collect the cannabis excise tax from our customers/patients .
