THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE DISPENSARY IN ILLINOIS!!! THEY OFFER A SWEET 15% DISCOUNT IF YOU GO AT CERTAIN TIMES. That 15% discount is REALLY NICE if you are spending a good amount (which you likely are). The staff is very nice and professional. The location is AWESOME and they offer all types of free amenities (coffee, apple cider, other beverages, snacks, etc.) so you are taken care of if you ever have to wait. I had to switch dispensaries because they stopped carrying the type of cannabis product I use. After going to different dispensaries, I just miss this one more and more. It’s simply WAY BETTER than most other dispensaries in every category (staff, product, price, customer appreciation, etc.). I feel good spending my money here because they treat their customers great and are actually grateful that you are shopping there. In contrast, I cannot say that about Windy City Cannabis or PDI. This place is WAY BETTER than both. MedMen (Oak Lawn) is a solid backup option if this place does not have your desired cannabis product. GREAT NEWS, this dispensary started carrying the cannabis product I was looking for again. SO I AM LITERALLY SWITCHING BACK AS THIS IS WRITTEN. SEE YOU SOON!

The staff was VERY nice to me every time I have been here. The staff is always willing to take the time to thoroughly answer your questions. They are very professional and clearly received great training. The location is also really nice inside. The only issues I had here was that it was a bit more expensive than other dispensaries and they stopped carrying the cannabis product I always purchased so I ultimately left for a different dispensary that had what I was looking for.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THIS DISPENSARY DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO BUY MORE THAN 7 GRAMS OF FLOWER IN 1 DAY EVEN IF YOU HAVE AVAILABLE UNITS. THIS PECULIAR POLICY IS INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have never seen any other dispensary with this incredibly inconvenient policy EXCEPT AT OTHER “WINDY CITY CANNABIS” LOCATIONS. At every other dispensary I have been to (MedMen, Verilife, etc.), if you have available units, you can buy whatever you want. NOT HERE THOUGH. I thought maybe this weird policy was just at the Windy City Cannabis Posen location, but I called and confirmed this policy also exists here as well as at the Windy City Cannabis Worth location too. I AM 100% NOT COMING TO ANYMORE WINDY CITY CANNABIS LOCATIONS ANYMORE.

I have called multiple times and received incorrect information most of the time. After I repeatedly told them what they told me was wrong, they refused to take responsibility and it just frankly seems that the staff does not care to help. Despite spending a TON of money at this dispensary, I have been repeatedly treated with disrespect. I FELT 0 CUSTOMER APPRECIATION while going here. That was my cue to leave.

I have gone here for almost a year and have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at PDI. Despite spending thousands of dollars here, I have had A LOT OF REALLY BAD EXPERIENCES at this dispensary. Their staff has been VERY rude to me. PDI used to have a Customer Rewards Program and then got rid of it. PDI’s prices have increased yet the product is the same. I have been DREADING having to switch dispensaries due to all the hassle, but I have finally decided to go through the trouble of switching dispensaries because I CANNOT DEAL with this ungratefulness and rude behavior anymore. I have spent thousands of dollars here, show some respect to medical patients who need your products as actual medicine. I do NOT recommend going here.
