I love, love, love this cream! I use it on my knees when I run. I have arthritis in my foot from a break when I was younger and use it when I run or wear heels. I burned my finger on the oven and used this cream. It took the pain away. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this product.
I use this for sleep. Not only does it help me fall asleep, if I have to get up during the night, I fall back to sleep easily. When I wake up in the morning, I don’t feel hungover. I’m a runner and it helps also with inflammation.
