Quality can vary even on the higher priced flower... I have over an OZ of un-smokeable flower due to it not being flushed properly and can taste the chems. Usually I get excellent service from my bud tender, until today. They were out of the strain I was in for so I enquired about a new strain I saw listed. The bud tender said he knew nothing about the strain they were selling! I asked if I could talk to someone that knows about it and was told No, they were too busy... At 9:30a.m. with 1 other person in line. Where I have asked for another bud tender in the middle of the afternoon with a line of 20, and they were happy to switch. Being taken back his response I ended up leaving without getting anything, even the "free joint" I have there. Later to find out it was actually the Store Manager that was my bud tender and the one who had No idea about strains they are selling! -1 for Bad management.
