The Vault - Lake Stevens

Having worked in retail for two Fortune 100 companies, I understand world class customer service better than most. Upon my trip to The Vault in Lake Stevens, Lucas Cook provided nothing short of that. I was greeted the moment I walked in and served throughout my experience. Lucas was knowledgeable, fun, and a great salesman all around. Lastly, when I pulled out my money and realized I was 50 cents short, before I could even run out to my car he had grabbed it out of his pocket and told me no worries. I've been enjoying coming to The Vault for over a year now and I continue to come because of people like Lucas.
