Ok, so I noticed that the menu was online, and that I could (in theory) make a purchase, and then head to the store to pick it up. So... I started perusing the menu, as you do, and I noticed something... There is zero usable info regarding CBD or THC content. Which I find upsetting, because I know my limit, I know how much THC my body can handle, and I shop accordingly. So... Why would I buy anything using this system. Please remedy this as soon as possible, I love the store in Niagara Falls, but honestly, sometimes I just want to show up, pick up my purchase and get as far away from other people as possible as quickly as possible. Once this is fixed, I will probably have a higher opinion of the online purchasing method, but until then... My business will be taken elsewhere.

Tried Sense (purchased 2g from The Niagara Herbalist) with my fiance. The nugs were a bit dry, but.. Once ground, the smell was heavenly. Loaded our vapes, and did about 3-5 mins on our vapes. The taste was really nice, the citrus was really strong (which is good, because I love the citrus strains). I do suggest that you pay close attention to the strength of the strain, and how long your session is going... I literally COULD NOT MOVE for 30 - 45 mins after turning my vape off... This is not for the weak of constitution. But this is a REALLY nice strain. Overall.

Really like this store. But I think they may be a bit held back by their lack of technical expertise. The online menu does not include terpine profiles. The staff requires a bit more training. Posed a simple question (re: cleaning a vape) to a retail staff member (which I knew the answer to) and was pretty much told that they didn't know, and didn't know how I might find out. Not sure if that's an individual issue, or a training issue. Honestly, I'm a bit concerned about this operation when edibles become legal. Product knowledge is going to a must in this burgeoning industry. My hope is that these are merely growing pains, and not an indication of the commitment of the management team. Haven't had a bad strain yet. But their selection is pretty limited compared to some of the other stores I've been to. Overall, I would absolutely recommend TNH to friends, and family. And I will continue my patronage of this fine establishment.

Took my fiance with me to Toronto for SummerSlam weekend. We bought 3.5g, 2 strains, Pink Kush, and Blue Dream, price was very much what we expected... We were VERY pleased with both strains, they ground up nice, pleasant taste, and effect... I ended up using both during the weekend. I would definitely recommend shopping Tokyo Smoke, if you are in the area. Honestly, I might even be willing to travel up to Tokyo Smoke as their setup is similar (familiar), but their selection is very different, from our local store.
