My husband and I were treated unfairly a year ago and we decided to give liberty a break after spending thousands of dollars. A few days ago we went there and it got worse. They changed the rewards program, customer service was horrible. The managers need training as well as the staff. We referred so many people and we've decided to NEVER go back again. The one female manager and the security officers were the best. The light skin Manager with dreads, the manager Terrance and another guy at the front were rude.... been in the medical field for years and this isn't how you treat your patients
