I used to like them... Now they like to screw with thier patients. I had 31184 loyalty points built up and I plan ed an order... By the time I went to pick it up they had stole all of my points from me and told me I was burnt. This is how you take care of EXTREMELY LOYAL CUSTOMERS? WOW. Thanks for showing me how little u care about my business. And of course there's no manager there to even talk to about it how convenient.
