The management of this store is terrible and abusive. I was treated like a criminal, screamed at, threatened and he grabbed my hand and tore my phone out of my hand and threw it on the ground breaking it. Never in my life have I been treated this way at a store for no reason. Yes I had my mask on. The manager is violent, unreasonable and a liar and will threaten you even if you are a loyal customer like I have been ever since this store opened. NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE. THE WORST STORE IN SANTA CRUZ. MANY OTHER GOOD LOCATIONS IN SANTA CRUZ SUCH AS 3 BROS ON FAIR. AVE.
