This strain seems to always be associated with the adjective “ammonia,” and it makes complete sense. The chem genetics that can be found in the GG lineage play an obvious role in that wonderful stank, as well as the wild ride to follow a smoke of this masterpiece. ALWAYS exhale through your nose on the first hit of the new strain to truly experience the terpene profile and the miraculous mix of flavors within. My first exhale of GG could easily be described in a similar manner to my previous experiences with GG’s sister strain, sour diesel: The inhale is like stepping into a dark, swampy, 90° forest - the exhale makes the forest feel slightly darker, and the ‘knock-the-wind-out’ feeling begins to creep through your face. The musty swamp taste grows more and more pungent, which is such a delightful experience that I find to be exclusive to “chem” strains. Physically, I felt full effects take place about 10 minutes after first exhale, and full effects means FULL EFFECTS! It becomes instantly apparent, in case you didn’t already know, that the THC levels of this strain are significantly higher than your standard run-of-the-mill strain. Your body numbs out quite a bit, pain becomes lost in the chaos of your delta-9 receptors, and comfort has a knack for finding its way under your butt, quite literally GLUING you down! This is a “no regerts” strain.
