So I came into ncw about a week ago maybe a lil longer I was a completely blown away at the fact that they didn’t have an updated menu I could look at. I had a short girl w pig tails who was very pushy I went in and just wanted to pick two carts they pretty much picked for me then I asked if I could see a menu and that it was all around me however nothin on the wall is updated so just tell me what u like and I can get u something and I started to get frustrated and said okay well I’m just gonna see if I can see them from the floor looking at the shelf’s and she proceeded to tell me your not gonna be able to see them. I told her I loved Mercyene because it’s fruity and tastes good she told me mercyene actually is peppery and that I should take a picture of the terpene chart on my way out. I do not work in a dispo but I can tell u I’m a pot head mrycene is fruity and mango and beta caryophelline tastes like pepper and it’s for anti anxiety like if ur gonna try to tell me things make sure ur not just spewing bullshit at me bc I know more weed then her. She did go over all the products w me and I ended up gettin one thing I never tried before and something I told her to pick out there were both sub par but that’s my own fault however I think one ur dispensary would run 100 percent smoother if u have paper menus at every station that people can look at and also I expected better service nobody wants to go into a weed store and get pushed around and leave w two things like what the hell did It just overall left a bad taste in my mouth and I would like to come back give it another chance but haven’t had a reason too figured I’d share my review
