Even though I read all of the negative reviews before deciding to make a trip down here; I came with an open mind and an intent to make the experience a personal one. Glad I did.
Got here first on a rainy as hell day, and the guy apologized for being a few mins later. No worries.
Filled out the regular bullshit paperwork and waited for old dude to set up.
Now that the prerequisites are out of the way (paperwork), I take a minute to observe my surroundings. The place was a clean and comfortable small waiting area.
Then the budtender comes out and asks for the 1st patient (who was me), but the front desk guy calls up 2 other guys, so I gently reminded him that it was my face he saw 1st, and he sent me in with another guy, which was a 1st for me. They need to either be more proactive on tracking who's 1st, or get a number system or something.
I didn't really appreciate going in with another person, but I let it slide because obviously that's what they do here; but I was a little put off because I like privacy.
The aforementioned is the reason why I gave a 4 for service, or else it would've been a 5, because the budtender is very personable, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist.
I don't understand the many negative votes for their meds, because the ones I got (Thunder OG and Blue Dream) were FIRE!! I suffer from DD, and with the weather being so rainy, I was in a lot of pain.
I can't remember what the Jay was, but when I got home, I lit it up and within 10 mins my pain had subsided considerably. The BLUE DREAM does indeed give you blue dreams; and you can hear lightning behind the Thunder OG.
Maybe the folks who complained about the meds were coming off of heavy narcs or something; or they were trolling for either their group, or a fav; but the meds were great symptom relievers.
And the donations are very compassionate and reasonable. That's probably why they are being attacked, because they have the lowest donations of all of the CCs in the Valley- with meds that are on par with or better than what these fucking THIEVES offer; who are gouging the eyes out of the MMJ Patient with their ridiculous donation suggestions for their MMJ.
$60-70 for an 1/8? 180 for a 1/4? $400 for an zip? Really? Maybe you assholes should try growing organically and outside where the light is FREE, instead of giving us this hydroponic, chemical laden bullshit that you have to grow under lights; whereby you take that shit out on the patient by doubling the price of an 1/8th to make up for your expenditures. Shame on you, you profiteers!
MED EX really cares about the patient. They've made their donations obtainable for those who don't have the ability for "top shelf" donations, but still need the potency for their ailments.
