Well ok. Earlier this week I said I'd give five stars when I found something truly outstanding. I didn't expect that to happen so soon! But, can this really count? Can you compare standard buds against an enhanced product? You bet! Why not? I hope this isn't the only product I can give five stars. Time will tell. I picked this up at Salvera today. I went in for something else, but was one of their specials, and I couldn't resist. This is one of my better impulse purchases. It's a generous sized cone. I wouldn't attempt to smoke it alone. I removed some of the product from the cone and twisted it back up. It's darker green for the most part, very finely ground, moist. Not a great fragrance. This flavor was nothing special. One hit. Two. Oh, let me put this down for a minute. Yeah, you wanna try it. The effect: Um, nice. You want to know more? Hold on, my mind is busy. Wha'd you say? Don't be asking so many questions, it's Friday night. I hope they run this special at Salvera again soon. Good for the weekend...or government shut down.

I'm saving five stars for something truly outstanding. I purchase an 1/8 of A-Train from Salvera, Bowie MD. Very nice price. This 8th was grown by Grow West. In the past the third 8th I've purchased. Clearly I like it. The effect is very balanced. Smooth. Not overpowering, for reference I'm a very experienced female patient. Uplifting. Enhanced libeto. Doesn't take my headache away. It smells earthy in a nice way. It tastes smooth and earthy, spicy upon exhalation. No cough. The buds are large and tight. Medium green with dense cheddar cheese colored orange splashes. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Others I like: G6 (Jet Fuel), Sour Diesel, Blue Cheese, Northern Lights. Don't like: Do-See-Do(sp) (knocked me out), Jack Herer (pulled my chair up to the fridge)

Okay, Zen Leaf Jessup. The purchase room is huge. They allow so many patients into the purchase room at one time that I was unable to concentrate on my purchase. It was so noisy. Perhaps the staff person was new, I asked a question and got an unrelated response. Oh well. Verano grows right there. They are sister companies? Do they hold more than one license? Did I misunderstand the law? Oh well. The exterior of their facility smells amazing. Verano products don't cost any less here. I'll only return if absolutely necessary.

HerbaFi was the first shop I ever visited. I was happy with the experience. Then I visited Revolution Releaf and they became my favorite because of their senior discount. I would return, but parking is difficult.

Here's what I like: Prices Staff Selection Refund of ATM fees Here's what I don't like: I don't like the location. I don't like the building. If you can't climb steps, I don't think you can get into this building. The parking lot needs work. It feels really seedy. I'm always nervous, but after dark I'm uncomfortable. I hope they move to a better, more easily accessible location.

I've been to many of the dispensaries in the area. They're all different. Salvera is my new go to spot. The environment is relaxed, but high end. It feels more like a boutique. Female friendly. It feels warm and safe. The staff members come out from behind the counter and walk around with you to help narrow down choices. Even for an experienced patient, this was appreciated. So much to see! All the workers, including security, are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their points add up fast. Very discreet from the parking lot. Parking is easy and plentiful.

I bought two 8ths from AltPharm. Grown by Verano. One eighth was great. The second one has moldy tasting buds. I previously purchased a Sunny D cart by Verano. It had the most amazing citrus flavor. I purchased a new one and it was terrible and I cough with each hit. I hope Verano will improve their quality. When they do it well, they do it very well.
