I've placed multiple on-line orders only to have the dispensary cancel them without messaging or calling me. I tried calling repeatedly from 9-11am. No one ever answered. This is why you should never hire potheads for customer service.

Nature's Wonder was my go-to dispensary since they opened. Their daily $30 halves were really decent strains and decent percentages. Unfortunately, this last year, they've repeatedly introduced newer, high-priced brands to their inventory, while offering less and less of what people come for - the $30 1/2 OZs. Why would we pay $75 to $125 for 14g when they had good stuff for $30? The answer is people won't pay for overpriced products. So what did this dispensary do? ALL of their stores ONLY offer their low-THC strains for the 1/2 oz club now. This is an example of a dispensary "bait n switch." It's an intentional marketing ploy. To get people to spend more, management is only putting out their crappy strains for the 1/2 OZ club. (Customers actually pay to join.) If you want anything 20% or above at Nature's, you'll be paying $80 to 120 for 14g instead of $30. And they do all this without any announcements or notices...like we won't notice.

New ownership. No deals. No specials. Same overpriced product as every other chain dispensary. Don't bother.

The new specials have all been flower specials so far and they suck. There is no reason for me to come to Nature's anymore.
