The staff is amazing. The store is clean. Having the 3 lines (med/rec/online) is awesome. The only thing that was disappointing however is that the THC/CBD percentages that were listed on Leafly for the product I purchased weren't accurate, and this is an important factor. Please be more mindful and make sure the descriptions on Leafly are accurate descriptions. Other than this, this is a great store.

The bud-tenders are nice enough, as is the rest of the staff. Get 3 lines though: medical, pick-up, and recreational. It’s not a hard concept. I’m sure you’ll have a lame reason behind it... guess what, customers don’t care. We can take our business to some like Urban Greenhouse , which uses 3 lines. Stay relevant, as a shareholder, this is disappointing.

I love you guys, but lately the inventory has been lacking and additionally something needs to be done to separate medical patients from recreational customers. I know recreational use just started but this was an obvious issue on the horizon, it needs to be handled. I know I have the ability to do online orders as a medical patient, but man, I love coming into the store, speaking with the tenders, seeing the daily specials etc. Being advised to use pickup really sucks and so does having to wait in the same line as recreational customers. Again, love you guys... I'll still be a customer, I'll still recommend your business, and your tenders are always awesome, but do see that it's quickly becoming a lose-lost situation for the medical card holders.
