Horrible service, tired to get a refund for a full, defective cartridge. I work in the industry since pre legalization, and started saying refunds were against OLCC policy, odd how once I mentioned I work at another location, their tune changes to store policy issues. Looking around they have no policy posted, bringing that up got the "manager" who didn't even know the prices of her products,.
Even after I mentioned that I had to drive up from Salem, Ore to get a refund and I lived farther sway, she became so unhelpful that she took a 'call' leaving me with a young man who is the only reason I give this place a 2 on service.
Didn't offer me a deal or anything, even though they sold a shit product and caused me to spend two hours and $20 in gas to get an exchange or something. Ended up having to buy a CO2 half gram that doesn't fit my cartridge. Then had to ask if they could give me a deal of a dollar on their joints because I had to spend my store credit as I won't be returning.
