I love the crew at Tru Med, they're always great, and knowledgeable. they are more expensive than the other two I occasionally use, but the facility is beautiful and they give free water!

I rarely go here because the customer service is so bad, the bud tenders are fine but the folks checking you out are just rude. Nobody explains the process and then they get irritated if you don't know what you're doing. I went there Saturday because I mistakenly thought the birthday preroll offer was from Bloom. When I went in, the girl said "We don't do anything for birthdays." That's pretty much all she said to me.

I've been to Swell twice. My first visit was awesome. I love their preroll special. The second time I had a coupon for a free preroll. Ellen waited on me and was very chatty, so chatty that she failed to include my free preroll in my order which I didn't notice til I got home. Hopefully, they'll make good on that on my next visit.
