I bought an Expedition through a third party company in April of 2019. My experience with the device was wonderful. Both performance and appearance met the expectations I had for a pen at this peice point. Five months later my unit malfunctioned. I contacted Vessel Support and they were very quick to respond. They asked for proof of purchase and just like that they shipped me a new unit. It is rare to receive such excellent support from a company that specializes in these products.
