the first couple of times I went to First State I loved the place. I bought the half gram cartridges and was very happy with the strains .then I started noticing that some of the carts I bought were looking like they had less and less oil in then. I said something to the staff member and instantly their face changed and their immediate response was to show me a paper so I could see that every cart gets filled with the exact same amount, wrong!! and that there has to be room for the oil to expand when heated. Im familiar with the carts, so I know there has to be room but all others I've had never had any less oil than a pea sized bubble in carts I'd has in the past. half of what I was buying where only half full!!!! every time I went there. I took pictures as soon as I pulled them from the packages. I took them into show them and even showed them that they had never been smoked ( you can tell). they didn't want to look at them, seemed like they didn't care, just wanted to show me the paper again. this has happened to me at the last 5 times I've been. I complained 3 times and only one employee looked at the half full cartridges and agreed it shouldn't be sold that low of oil. she did let me pick. disappointingly, all 6 she pulled out where half full!!! now to make my experiences worse with FSC their credit card machine has been down for a full week now. when you ask them when it will be fixed they say " oh we don't know" no lie, that's what I was told 7 days later!!! most of the times I shop their I use credit and they are the only ones I know that take credit. once I found out the credit was down I scrounged up enough cash to get 3 carts 35$ each. I get there and am told that they are out of both the 35$ ones but do have another kind that just as good. I will say, they have high quality oils, but these other carts were 8.50 more than the 35$ ones. so I walked out with 2 instead of 3 I was not happy. since then I have not returned to FSC. it's frustrating since it's not like there's a dispensary right next to every Walgreens. I drive far to get to First State. I'm not saying they are terrible, they are very friendly and knowledgeable of the plant. I just want them to acknowledge that they shouldn't be selling medicine thats not completely full of how much you are supposed to get!! like another review said..the pharmacies don't give your pills with half missing! and, First State, please just fix the credit issue!
