Bud tender was very accommodating and knowledgeable!

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to order on line with both Leafly and Dutchie and never get a confirmation that you’ve received my order. Worse is that the number to call the dispensary never picks up or calls you back!! Horrendous service, loosing business by not paying attention. Where’s management?

The girl that checked me in was wonderful but the new POS system is new and has bugs in it. Need to troubleshoot b4 using it.

Unfortunately the quality of their dab concentrates is horrible. The flavor is all the same and tastes like bad grown OD that may have survived a fire. I dab every brand and this is disappointing! Not my first time here so,,,

Disappointed in the price increases now that rec patients are now customers. Their competitors up the street lowered prices,,?

They are Very accommodating they allow me to do a curbside pick up because I’m high risk. I appreciate their service. Unfortunately They have been out of Lotus shatter for three days and they’re still doing seven for 100 special without anything in stock it’s very confusing and disappointing

They have slipped considerably in their shatter line. The last 2 purchases ended up being sugar wax. Either on the shelve too long or never winterized product. Still good quality but I “bought” shatter!

I love the location as I used to travel to the west side. I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the shatter. It wasn't what the budtender presented in the showcase. It isn't horrible product but it certainly didn't resemble the showcase🙁

They certainly have better flower than any place in town. I'm a Cali guy and can tell you they aren't quite there, but getting closer. Their shatter is better than anyone in the city, and their prices are reflecting.
