This is for the Hazel Dell location. The staff is not polite nor friendly. The person (male) who assumed to be the employee with authority was as rude as one could possibly be. Not one smile or thank you. The space is large but feels cold and sterile. It is dark as well. (lighting and energy) I was terribly disapointed with my first visit to MSM North. Maybe my last. I did not feel welcome or wanted here. I can walk across the street to Pot Zone and get better deals and smiles for free!

Can someone tell me why Main Street has Phat Panda for $15 an eighth and The Herbery has the same strains for $42 an eighth? Also why MSM had $30 Quarters for a couple of strains that The Herbery has for $30 an eighth? These are actual prices today, not limited time sale pricing on 08/25/2022. I think someone needs to rethink their marketing prices.

I think I have a new go to. I spend most of time researching strains so I can try new ones. I seem to have a new favorite grower quite often and fall in love with a new strain even more. However, this strain is simply amazing. I use a vape and usually have to do a couple of bowls to get the right height, but this one is a one bowl and boy am I happy. Old school high, where you just want to smile and grab something to munch on. Just a really good high and long lasting.

Sure wish they could keep the website up to date. Once again went in to get what was their website (not leafly) and tada - the don't have what I went for. When you ask for the discounts, MGR acts like the money is coming out of her own pocket rather than trying to make a customer happy. I really want to support this store but they make it hard.

Why one star on Service? These guys are horrible about keeping their online menus up to date. It doesn't change.

I have become a consuming collector of cannabis strains. I just can't wait to try the next one - until now. I am in love with this Cake Mix from Lemonnade and grown by Mamma Chan. Bought it at Craft Cannabis in Vancouver. Wow this is for me is an old school high that I have been looking for for a long time. It has to be the best looking pot I have EVER seen. It is hard to stop looking at it! I vaped one bowl out of a Arizer Solo 2 over an hour ago and it has made me smile, laugh, want to go for a walk ( I am a SR so.....) and just enjoy the moment. I am usually on a 2nd or 3rd bowl by now but have no desire to do so. It is expensive but thanks to Craft Cannabis for having it at 20% off for now. That is a nice discount! I may go back today to get another 1/8th just to have it on hand! Get it if you can, you will not be disappointed!

My instore visits have beedn fine. Not great, not bad. Just another place to spend money. However the $7 2 gram popups are freaking the deal. y only problem is a couple of times I have called to see if they have something before I drive 30 minutes to get there. My only prboblems have been when calling. Both times a woman answered and was rude and curt. When I asked her about a particular strain of the $7 popups, her answer was "No. You can get the regular bud". Yeah, ahhh maybe not? Let's see, I am calling about $3.50 a gram and you tell me callously to get the $9 a gram stuff. I would like to know if they will have it again and when they may have it. Instead I get what I thought was a "don't be cheap, get the $9 stuff buddy"
