great location, parking, high quality buds, friendly and efficient bud tenders first let me start by saying that I have been here several times and have never had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes the variety of products leaves quite a bit to be desired, only a few strains available at any one time (sometimes only 1) the quality of these strains is top notch, I have not had a strain under 25% TAC!! prices are comparable to other dispensaries. the concentrates are co2 and while they aren't as strong as NETA they are fairly flavorful although a bit pricey. ($45/half gr, 80/gr) great for flower stops and the odd concentrate fix.

great medicine, great location, awful efficiency. when they're busy the bud tenders have absolutely no idea how to efficiently move a line, there have been times I have wasted 2 hours+ in line while the bud tenders just continue to chat about nonsense with the customers. I get being friendly and open but there is a limit!!
