I am specifically reviewing the strain "Panama Pupil" as a concentrate (wax), and it is a solid 5 star hybrid from Mass Medical Strains-- crossing "Star Pupil" with "Panamagoo." This high is a cerebral high that I can easily fall into a couch lock with the right combination of a documentary and the body high from this strain. The body high relieves muscle tension, relieves anxiety/chest tightness, and can increase appetite. I get the Sativa end of the hybrid in heightened creativity, talkativeness, and a general feeling of mental relaxation.

The first time I visited was pre-pandemic and I felt like I had entered Narnia with my very own "Cannabis Sherpa." The staff member who greeted me gave me one-on-one assistance, asked me what I was looking for in terms of flower vs. concentrates, if I preferred Indica to Sativa, and what I was looking for in terms of medical benefits. I ended up at the counter with three strains my "sherpa" recommended and the one I selected was fantastic! I did notice that although they occasionally will have some of the same products that other nearby dispensaries carry, this dispensary can be a little on the pricey side. That being said, they usually offer products with higher THC content (even if it looks like a local place has the same product for cheaper--check the THC content!) so it's really up to the patron if they want higher THC for more $$, while a once in a blue moon user might want to look elsewhere for cheaper products (especially with that MA sales tax). When I did visit here for curbside pickup during the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff was very friendly and accommodating in regards to directing myself and other patrons to parking (not a small feat in their tiny lot!), they very quickly stopped by my car to check my verification text and ID and to let me know that someone would be out with my order corresponding to my numbered parking spot. My wait time was under 10 minutes, and the very friendly young woman with purple hair had me sign the portable debit machine, reminded me to put my purchase in my trunk, "and most importantly, you have a great night." That last little joke really made my day, smiles are hard to come by these days and speaking for myself and the community this dispensary serves, we appreciate the staff here being so understanding, so patient, and maintaining the upbeat attitude that they have despite dealing with a less-than cooperative (and downright entitled and nasty) public this past year. Thank you!

Pre ordering is ridiculously easy to do online, and you can pick the time down to the half hour to plan your day around. Not sure why so many people are complaining about a convenience. The staff is extremely helpful, understanding, and they worked and continue to work to make the building and transactions safe for patrons and each other during the COVID-19 pandemic. They created innovative and creative solutions where other businesses could not, and I don't think they receive anywhere near the number of "THANK YOU"s they deserve from the community that they serve. So, Theory Wellness in Great Barrington, on behalf of the community at large: thank you for everything that you do; dealing with the public is never easy, especially this past year, and every staff member I have met has handled it with as much positivity as they could. We appreciate it, and we appreciate you. Cheers.
