Classic psychoactive sativa, but not the kind to bring paranoia given the Northern Lights in the genetic background. Ideal and reliable for audiovisual enhancement and creative thinking. Haze A x (Haze C x Northern Lights #5)

Relatively calming at mild to moderate doses. A significant amount of Afghani in the background tones the effect down, and the fact that there are a number of various sativas in the heritage makes the cerebral side relatively run of the mill, with some Thai-like clarity. However, this was just my experience. It’s always good to consider that different phenos behave in different ways.

Smells like Humboldt county redwood trees. Exquisite.

A purple strain well-balanced between sativa and indica, Sunset Strip is relaxed yet not too heavy. The scent is a nice mix between its parents, mellow and sweet, clearly containing purple genetics but otherwise quite complex. Sampled this flower in February 2021. The Northern California grower from which I obtained the sample informed me that it was an indoor-grown cross between Sunset Sherbet and Sundae Driver, which definitely seems to fit more than the descriptions given on Deschutes Growery and seedfinder.eu. I was blessed to find a single seed in the sample, popped it in late spring, and it was female (perhaps due to a light-leak-related hermie). It grew in an indica structure but with sativa leaves, and finished in about 9 weeks. Having sampled countless strains, this plant is truly a delight. Highly recommended.
