Garbage. Placed an order and order was cancelled on my way there. Called to find out what happened, no answer and i was transferred to customer service line. They put me on hold for 15 mins trying to “figure out the issue” then finally when they get back on the line they say “sorry still waiting on an answer, should only be another 5-10”. People like this give us cannabis users a bad name. Complete waste of time

Solid cheap flower

Absolute shit customer service. Went there yesterday before realizing that they were closing early for the curfew, got there shortly before 6 and was told they would be closing and to come back tomorrow. Came back today as soon as I got out of work and got there at about 5:10. Waited in line and was eventually told that they would be closing at 6 and if they weren’t able to get to me before then that I was shit outta luck. Basically wasted an hour of my time and was pushed out the door(despite the fact that the curfew doesn’t take effect for another 2 hours. Clearly Encanto doesn’t give two shits about it’s patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND
