Great staff, great variety of product, generally love my experience at this location - I am an IL med patient and have never shopped anywhere else. HOWEVER Recently they started doing text sales, and let me tell you - the text deals SUCK! Like wow, thanks for $5 off my $350 purchase. Seriously who does that benefit. Why pay for text marketing when you're only texting trash deals. They actively make me want to avoid the dispensary when I receive them bc why bother when the sales are so shitty. Thanks but no thanks. I'm now curious if there are better text deals in Chicago from other dispensaries. Food for thought...

I tried to call to ask questions about adult use prior to my visit and was hung up on without ever reaching a dispensary staff member. I tried to call again and the same thing happened. A shame, I was really looking forward to my visit while I'm in Boston for the weekend. I expected better based on everything I've seen and read about them. Guess I won't be visiting. Can't comment on the product.
